How We Started
When we opened Icey Bubbles, we noticed a gap in Ajax. You could find bubble tea at a chain. You could find ice cream at a fast-food spot. But there was no single, cozy destination where families and friends could enjoy premium bubble tea, fresh egg waffles, and rolled ice cream all under one roof.
We set out to create a welcoming space on Bayly Street. A place where every sip is an adventure and every dessert is made fresh in front of you. Today, we are proud to be a local favorite for teens hanging out after school, families celebrating weekends, and anyone craving a customized treat.
